More useful "saved" message

The "Map has been saved" message could be a bit more useful, and specifically display those two informations:

• visibility of the map (draft or private or public)
• ownership of the map (anonymous map or owned map)

Given this kind of message is not read by the user, I suggest that we use visible changes (like background color=orange for draft), so it should strike the user when not as usual).

BTW, maybe the top bar should also have a more visual contrast for anonymous/logged in users ?

Something very radical could be to change the whole edit background color (darkgrey) for anonymous maps ?

Maybe if we use a colour/sign to draw attention in the feedback message window, we could also use that colour/sign in the edit bar area linked to visibility: draft

For the anonymous maps, display a special button, and when clicked, a window with the edit link and information appears ?

I like the idea, but we should make cleat the difference between:

• you are currently not logged in
• you are currently editing a map without logged in owner (but you may or may not be logged in as a user)

Maybe we can show the "anonymous alert" (with edit link) after each save ?
