Enable line decorations on polygon perimeters #2904

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The use case is to add line decorations on the border of isochrones. Isochrones are typically large polygons and one might want to add a line decoration to their borders rather than using a fill style. Currrently you have to convert each isochrone into a line, one by one.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would help to enable line decorations on polygons, they would be rendered on their borders.
