Table virtualization fixes before merge

Those issues are needed to stabilize table virtualization for sending to production

• Bug when going back to list from a record at the end of the list (see RecordTableNoRecordGroupScrollToPreviousRecordEffect)
• Small fix and refactor draggable clone that does not display with correct column widths
• Fix d&d not working after first 200 rows (the record disappears ?)
• Fix row active and focused not displaying well (border switch)
• Fix last line loading (one line loading at the end)
• Small fix - refactor RecordTableCellLoading with Linaria component (small perf improvement)
• Small fix - apply Linaria to RecordTableVirtualizedBodyPlaceholder
• Small fix - linaria to RecordTableRowVirtualizedContainer
