The navbar toggle button is not visible when the Microsoft Edge mobile app is in dark mode.

Reduced test cases

This is reproducible on the navbar example for Bootstrap 5.3

However, this bug does not exist in the navbar examples for Bootstrap 4.6, so it seems that the bug was introduced in 5.0.
