When on dark theme, carousel child element set with light theme not displayed properly #40493

Describe the issue
When main active theme is set as "dark", if setting data-bs-theme to "light" for child carousel element (".carousel"), only carousel border frame is changing color to white. Carousel indicators and prev, next controls remain black.
If on light scheme and carousel is set "dark", everything is happening good.
