Feature Request: Editing Posts #3062

Description

@stpierrevincents

Hello all,

I've been using the Tusky app for the last 40 days or so. I quite enjoy it, and left a review on the Google Playstore.

My one issue is that various instances, with the upgrade to Mastodon's software (in v4.0.0), there is now the ability to edit one's posts.

I would quite like to have that feature be included with Tusky, as it is the one feature that is pulling me back to the web version of Mastodon.

As this is my first post to a Git of any sort, I apologize in advance if this feature request has been shared in the wrong location. I am also learning how GitHub works, so thank you for allowing me to practice using this repository to share my feedback and feature request.

All the best,
Vincent

  • Tusky Version: I am on the beta. (I believe this is v20.0-beta.1, as of December 17th, 2022.)

  • Android Version: 13

  • Android Device: Pixel 6

  • Mastodon instance (if applicable): mastodon.world

  • [ X ] I searched or browsed the repo’s other issues to ensure this is not a duplicate. (This is my first post to a Git repository, so my apologies if I am duplicating a thread. I believe I searched and didn't find this as an issue.)
