Replace rust-sdk bindings with ones that work

• bindings/crypto-nodejs: Expose functions for encrypting/decrypting files (attachments) matrix-org/matrix-rust-sdk#796
• bindings/crypto-nodejs: Expose function to sign arbitrary objects matrix-org/matrix-rust-sdk#797
• bindings/crypto-nodejs: after each receiveSyncChanges call, there is an empty KeysUploadRequest pending matrix-org/matrix-rust-sdk#800
• bindings/crypto-nodejs: KeysClaimRequest has invalid timeout field matrix-org/matrix-rust-sdk#801
• bindings/crypto-nodejs: first message sent by OlmMachine has wrong message index matrix-org/matrix-rust-sdk#802
• NPM Package to use as a dependency
• Cannot install/use @matrix-org/matrix-sdk-crypto-nodejs from npm matrix-org/matrix-rust-sdk#842

Blocking TODO for this PR:

• Update unit tests
• Remove old bindings from dependencies
• Add new bindings as a dependency
• Add locks on sync processing and room encryption
