Please add "Homepage:" field in Cabal files

Hi, just a minor nit: it's super convenient for people who'd like to report an issue if the Cabal file refers to the Github page of the project by way of Homepage:. The bug-reports: field is also nice, but not vital when the project lives on Github, IMHO.
