This PR has 2 commits.
The first one fixes the GAP implementation for parsing
ServiceDataandManufacturerData. The length was incorrect causing panic.The second commit replaces the GAP HCI implementation for scanning with the shared one, and also correctly handles
ServiceDataandManufacturerData. The previous implementation was ignoring both of those.
