We had a setting to only push in scheduled builds, but this was causing it to never push. Switching it to always push until we discover the issue.
Something during the change caused issues during init. Since this only affects the build and not the resulting executable, back out the change until we determine the issue.
Looks like the bot doesn’t have permissions for the new one. Switching back until it can be fixed.

This PR should fix the recent nightly docker image issues and get it pushing again.
