This pull request fixes a minor problem caused by the
USE_GLOBALdefinition is not passed correctly from thetest/CheckWarningTest.cmakemodule to thetest/sample/build.cmakemodule and lastly to thetest/sample/CMakeLists.txtmodule.This problem caused testing to never test the
add_check_warningfunction all this time.
