This pull request introduces the following changes:

  • Adds an add_check_warning function for checking warnings globally on all targets in the directory.
  • Adds support to test the add_check_warning function.
  • Adds documentation for all functions in the CheckWarning.cmake file.
  • Adds a usage section in the README.md file about how to enable warning checks globally.

It closes #35.
