Per application a separate whitelist?

Nice work... What I did not found out so far:

Is is possible to have a different whitelist for each application?

Let's say I have application A, B and C and users X, Y and Z.

Can I have ...
user X for application A, 
user Y for application B and 
user Z for application C 
...whitelisted?
