Choice to show Browser Mod only for Admin and owner user

Right now, Browser Mod Panel is available to be configured by any user. However it would be great if there is an option to show the browser mod only to admin and owner user.
Reason: I do not want the kids or guest users to fiddle with the looks of the UI.

This should be possible by using the sidebar preset for users/default.

A non Admin user currently sees limited information in Browser Mod panel. An improvement could be to make the Browser ID read only. However I believe that things like Enable Camera should be availble for any user to turn off if they desire.

If you can describe more exactly what you would like to see on the settings panel for non-admin that would be great.

Im sorry, I just read your comment. Yes enble camera option must be open to all. However Im talking about hiding the entire 'Frontend Settings' to non-admin users.

Thanks. Currently there are thoughts to move config to Integration setup (#898), which will solve the request. I will leave this open for now.

Working on making Browser ID and Register disabled for non-admin users. I note that all other settings already and hidden for a non-admin user. As far as moving the config to the integration, this will be a while so PR #955 will cover minimal to be able to close out this issue.

v2.4.4-beta.5 released which correctly restricts admins to be able to edit Register toggle and Browser ID.
