Update cache when blocks are updated!

If you dig a tunnel, then relog, you will see that all of the tunnel that you dug is now obfuscated.

Using the build you linked me in another issue, I'll recompile and test again since I think this may be resolved by commit 4bd9cbb

This was not resolved in that commit. Just tested again on latest build.
