Widget Error: NullInjectorError: No provider for XYZ

Hi,

I am working with a local instance of Thingsboard v3.1.1 on a Raspberry Pi 4 running Raspbian 10 (Buster). During the testing for the ESP32-OTA example I have observed an error in the provided ota widget.

Any help is appreciated!

Downgrade Thingsboard version to v2.5.1, it works for me.
I think this widget not compatible with v3.x.x

Have the same error.
In the input-widgets the toast-msg is created using
$scope.showSuccessToast(translate.instant('widgets.input-widgets.update-successful'), 1000, 'bottom', 'left', $scope.toastTargetId);
maybe you can change the OTA-Widget accordingly
