@pbredenberg don't merge this PR or even review it yet since I'm testing it out.

I am thinking that it may be best to only check the accessibility scores because performance, for example, was all 100 on my machine, yet here the index page got a 51.

I'm going to post some links to some references so I can come back to this because there's a bit of tweaking we'll need to do.
