As I am automating and standardizing the rollout of monitoring plugins for my current customer, I've created a standardized build script and spec file for RPM builds. This has been tested on RHEL7/CentOS7 but should work on newer ones and other RPM based distros as well, as long as they store their plugins in /usr/lib64/nagios/plugins
