Fixes #948

  • Removes old Search indexing for new API search index
  • Removes handoff code for automatically opening TBA for iOS from web links
  • Adds generated API models for APIv3

Open Design Things

  • Remove TBAModels references from collection view cells - extend them with some protocol for these
  • Debug cache strategy
  • Stateful needs a refactor (mostly the NoData stuff)
