I'm setting up the tensorflow.org/jvm sub-site.
This is a minimal skeleton. I need something to test with.
Some changes will follow, once I have the rest of that pipeline setup.

I copied your top-level README file as docs/index.md.

I'll remove the copy of the install instructions from tensorflow/docs once this subsite is up.

Thanks @MarkDaoust , so just to understand, if we apply changes to our repo README.md file, we need to do manually the same change in docs/index.md or we should find some way to automate this only when releasing a new version?

Really I just need something to put in the "overview" tab like here:

https://www.tensorflow.org/datasets

The readme seems like an okay placeholder for now.

If you have any suggestions for that "overview" tab LMK and I can set it up. The typical format is:

  1. Title
  2. Quick description
  3. Code sample
  4. Links

Ok sounds good, we can start with the README but we'll update it eventually to a more concise overview and ask you to review it.
