Updating the module usage examples in all
READMEs to include?ref=<version_number>to emphasize that users should pin to specific versions. Also adding missingoutputblocks.Updating
controlplane_riftmodule to use local/relative paths for its submodules instead of pointing tomaster(this was a mistake/missed in previous PR to add these modules/translate from previous 'samples')
