Outdated binary for object-store-cli

The binary for object-store-cli pointed at https://github.com/teamhephy/dockerbuilder/blob/master/rootfs/Dockerfile#L34 is not the same one that the main branch at https://github.com/teamhephy/object-storage-cli produces.
The immediate issue we observed with it is that AWS regions added by teamhephy/object-storage-cli#2 and related PRs still can not be used by dockerbuilder.

Thank you for opening the issue @dvalfre . If I remember correctly(and this was quite a while back), there was an issue when building the new object-storage-cli. We were looking to make the release and so released with the old object-storage-cli. There was something that failed to work with the new object-storage-cli binary with the newest minio version.
