What if Iterator.range(3)?
Python will give 0, 1, 2. And it seems to be really useful.

I would've expected this to behave the same as Iterator.range(3, Infinity).

While this case is not found in the readme, the spec draft has it throw a TypeError. Which probably makes sense - it forces people to be explicit, rather than rely on assumptions that are not shared by everyone.

I think the same behavior as Iterator.range(0, 3) is much more useful. Because in most cases, the first argument will be 0.
And it is safe because if someone will do [...Iterator.range(3)] with Infinity...
Arguments against both about intuition, confusion, assumptions are unfounded because people read documentation (usually on MDN Web Docs) before using something new.
