Stripping debug information from Windows Tebako package sometimes creates broken executable

With existing test set it causes failure of a single test:

test_tebako_press_15
==> Ruby gem (with gemspec, with gemfile)
tests/scripts/functional-tests.sh: line 60: ./test-15-package: Bad address

shunit2:ERROR test_tebako_press_15() returned non-zero return code.

Linking with '-s' flag produces unusable executables as well.
