What is the current behavior?
PostgresChangeHandler wasn't filtering properly
#53 here was inserted a conditional to try detect when connection came from browser to avoid insert headers
What is the new behavior?
Now it's trying to bind handler, options, and it's trying to find the filtered handler and call it
