Builds an Arch Linux ISO that has a modified Grub with a "dd" command that
can be used to restore disks from images during the boot process.

Builds only in an Arch Linux environment.

Build instructions:
 - cd into the directory this file is in
 - run as user: ./build-grub-package.sh
 - run as root: ./build-iso.sh
 - use ISO in archiso/out to have "dd" in grub
