The problem happens because $W and $Z wii only add the remaining String into the buffer but not into the out. I create a protected function which is similar to the close() in LineWrapper.java but do not close the out. By adding this function after the emit() in CodeBlock.java the issue is solved. It can pass all the tests in the source code as well. I also add a simple testcase in CodeBlockTest.java for this issue.
