Copied this over from the Blueprint repo for now. Need to revisit once we have finalised the CHANGELOG.md deletion stuff.

RELEASING.mdbased on our conversation from today. Not updating the release script just yet as we are looking to removeCHANGELOG.mdcompletely in favour of conventional commits.I also created a GitHub release for the latest version based on our conversation.
