The hydro 'tutorials' are not really tutorials. Well, they originally were but there are new tutorials that cover the basics. Case study A5 is better off in its own repository and the two hydro system is better off as a how to with the focus on explaining how to model hydro power coupling in SpineOpt (instead of handholding for the basic functionalities). And that is what is done in this pull request.
