File list not showing over Bluetooth config #384

Moved from issue #377
[Over Bluetooth config]
Enter 5) Configuration System and then f) Display SD file.
It does not show me the list of existing files on the SD.
If I can see them by other existing methods.
This is because we are using the built-in sdfat print methods. We'll try to re-create using methods that are Bluetooth compatible.
