RTK2Go fails to connect without a mountpoint username

RTK2Go has started requiring a user name for a mountpoint. If a username is not provided, RTK2Go will respond with the mount table then disconnect.

The user name should be your email address (ie myName@mydomain.org, etc) so that they can contact you if there is a problem.

An error will now be shown (starting in RC v2.7) if RTK2Go.com is used as the caster host but the mountpoint user name is blank.

This has been implemented in v3.0 firmware.
