Experiment with IPv6 support #60
Description
One of my long-term goals is to explore ways to add IPv6 support in a backwards compatible manner, create a working implementation in both Soulfind and Nicotine+, and propose the implementation for the official server and client. My motivation is the exhaustion of IPv4 addresses and increasing difficulty of forwarding ports due to CGNAT.
IPv6 adoption sits at close to 50% now, so we could likely get a decent chunk of Soulseek users on IPv6 nowadays.
