Direct negotiation

Hi,

User from pgweb from years, I'm really happy of the tool as a user.
Lately I run into a small issue on a new project running in kubernetes and has some sidepod to connect to the database in AWS. Except that setup requires sslnegotiation=direct option to connect to the db.

It works fine with the project itself which relies on recent pgx which support this option, but we were unable to connect pgweb to the database. Coworker setup pgadmin instead, but I'm not happy and would prefer to use pgweb if possible.

I feel this is related to this PQ PR open for over a year lib/pq#1180 😅

Hi @kefniark thanks for the feedback. Do you have a proposal here? Im not sure why the PR you mentioned isn't merged yet, maybe there's a blocker? I'd prefer Pgweb to not depend on any project forks for no reason, in case you were thinking we should use a fork that has the mentioned changes already merged in.
