Renamed fido2 folder to libsolo because used like that in MakeFile Moved PC makefile to pc target Moved Dockerfile and docker script to tools/docker
"Master" Makefile at root to trigger general tasks
Compile for pc : make pc Compile all for stm32l432 : make stm32l432

While studying the source code of solo, I thought it might be good to reorganize the repository a little bit.
An example of what I did : the 'pc' target should be in the 'targets' folder and not in the root directory. Several other folder and libraries have been moved to be regrouped.
The Makefiles were updated in consequences.
Let me know what you think of this contribution.
