delfin installation with dashboard fails in CentOS

Issue/Feature Description:
dashboard is not coming up
installation dashboard in centOS has a problem
only blue background in the dashboard is coming up
Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases):
blocker for virtual box CentOS
for successful installation in dashboard in CentOS

delfin with dashboard installation in centos
