Messages written via wrong logger when generating site reports

When generating the site report, log messages are being written directly to the console instead of through the Maven logger. This is a result of the JApiCmpReport module directly instantiating JApiCmpMojo, which means the Maven logger is not injected by plexus.

I've created a local branch in which I significantly refactored the plugin software to resolve this and other issues and to be more consistent logically. I can push the branch to here if you'd like to review these changes.

You can fork the repository and push the changes to your fork. After having pushed the changes, you can easily create a pull request from your fork against my main branch through the github user interface.
