Quick reaction for individual messages doesn't show

Overall summary

I think from version 7.75, I cannot see the emojis in the reaction popup (with quick 5 emojis for reactions) anymore.

Steps to reproduce

1. For any message, open up reaction pop-up by clicking the "heart-plus" icon on next to the message.
2. The pop-up opens, but with no emojis shown. The emojis are still there, invisible, and can be clicked and it will be applied to the message.

Expected result

Reaction pop-up shows emojis.

Actual result

Reaction pop-up shows invisible emojis.

Could you share a debuglog? Are emojis loading for you if you open up the emoji picker next to the new message composer? Or in the "Choose your default skintone" picker?

I do see the emoji picker, and the skintone picker.

Really just not the reactions.

Even though my test there is with the Note to self chat, this happens to all the conversations I have with anyone in Signal, including group chats.

Forgot to mention. It also doesn't display big emojis in a message when all the message has is emojis.
