Substitute of the recipient - Need to restrict visibility #1035
Description
An organisation may provide a questionnaire with a question where the whistleblower has the option to select a substitute recipient because he believes the main recipient is not trustworthy or may be in conflict of interest.
The main recipient sees, in the list of his reports, a grey, non clickable line, with the report which was submitted to the substitute recipient. So, he does not have access to the data but he can see the date of the report and other information. but, most of all, he knows that exists a report where he has been basically unselected. this is really dangerous for the whistleblower.
Possible fix: the main recipient should not see the lines of the reports where he is not selected as a recipient.
