sentriz/gonic:latest is based on EOL Alpine 3.18

docker tag: latest

The image suggested in the docker installation step is about a year old and based on Alpine 3.18, which was already close to EOL then.

This does not appear to affect the nightly tag - which is based on 3.20 (although using 3.21 or 3.22 as a base would be a good idea for those) - but does affect latest.
-> Suggesting users use nightly, if it is assumable to not break randomly, is also a change that would solve the issue

This also lines up with the latest release being about a year ago, so treat this mostly as a "hey could a newer release with up-to-date dependencies (incl. distro) be made pls?"
