This pull request is not complete. The following items still need to be done.

  • Setup documentation
  • Code comments
  • Rest API to access MySQL database.
  • Streaming data from MySQL to Elastic Search
  • Provide search endpoint that leverages Elastic Search

If chosen as infrastructure:

  • Setup API testing
  • API documentation
  • API authentication
  • Word management endpoints to use for new word submissions and definition updates.
  • Endpoints for word approval by admin/moderator.
  • Community user authentication.
  • Contributor rating system?
