This PR introduces Manager 3.6 support by updating default versions and configuration options throughout the codebase. The changes replace the previous default version 3.5 with 3.6 and add repository configuration for the new version.

  • Update default manager version from 3.5 to 3.6 across configuration files
  • Add repository URLs for Manager 3.6 in the manager versions configuration
  • Update pipeline configurations and test files to use the new version

fix(manager): make 3.6.0 a default version of Manager

As the new minor release of Manager - 3.6.0 - is here, it is set to
be a default one used in tests.

test_sdcm_mgmt_common.py tests and managerPipeline.groovy have been
updated accordingly.
