Request support for nvim-dap-ui

When using nvim-dap-ui to debug my application (java-based) everything is quite blank i.e. everything is plain white.

I would appreciate it if we could support this plugin like you do many others.

Never had a chance to play around with debug adapters till now, so thanks for the nudge 😁

To me, the defaults look pretty good:

However, if you're running some crazy override setup, some of these might not get set properly. I'll set up a proper config now.

I've tweaked a few things from the defaults. To my eyes this is looking pretty good. I have no intention of using this so I'm open to tweaking further, if needed.
