This extension provides support for devicons. Icons can be used in HTML documents only.

The code is adapted from the academicons extension.

quarto install extension schochastics/devicons

This will install the extension under the _extensions subdirectory. If you're using version control, you will want to check in this directory.

To embed an icon, use the {{{< devicon >}}} shortcode. For example:

This extension provides relative, literal, and LaTeX-style sizing for icons.
When the size is invalid, no size changes are made.
