It looks like the coverage submission failed with UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode bytes in position 98-99: invalid continuation byte I don't have my full environment to check what the cause is.

Builds 820, 810-814, and 801-808 are all missing and may be similarly affected.
