Node sass doesn't work for node v 9.0.0

I get this error when running angular cli with sass

Module build failed: Error: Node Sass does not yet support your current environment: Windows 64-bit with Unsupported runtime (59)

upgrade to 4.6.0 - #2130

edit - had to rm -rf node_modules && yarn.lock && yarn before getting it to work
