ERROR: CreateProcessCommon:640: execvpe(/bin/ash) failed: Exec format error

Running through the installation steps in the readme. The below command:

wsl.exe -d wsl-vpnkit --cd /app wsl-vpnkit

results in the following error:

Processing fstab with mount -a failed.

<3>WSL (8 - Relay) ERROR: CreateProcessCommon:640: execvpe(/bin/ash) failed: Exec format error

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I'm on a PC with an ARM-based Snapdragon processor, if that's relevant.
