Installing s3cmd on windows does not create a s3cmd.exe file

When i run pip install s3cmd it downloads it and shows its installed but when trying to use it it says:

's3cmd' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Checking the scripts folder the downloaded file does not have an extension like .exe, or any extension at all in fact.

not sure if this is the correct way to do things, but i discovered that you need to download and extract the zip installer

1. download and extract the zip installer/git clone this repo onto your machine
2. pip install s3cmd
3. cd into the folder
4. python s3cmd --config
