Reset password feature.

Hey, I just recently activated the SMTP service so the server can actually send out mails etc. so I wanted to try the forgot password reset.
but all my 8+ accounts say the same no user with that mail. I tried to go in to each user and resave the info in the profile but all the same. any idea where I should start poke around regarding this? I tried with Capital and small letters, thought maybe it was capital letter sensetive. ex [email protected] or [email protected] as it was input in the "sign up"

in the print I posted in the post I masked my work email. but its the admin accounts email address I tried to reset.
I also tried all the "normal" user account and the same answer "user with this email doesn't exist" as soon i push "get code"

I just tested, I have this problem if there is Capital letter in the mail address. @Nawaki89 is it your case?

this was the case! all the email started with an capital letter... I change it and now its working! :)

side note, when resetting the password. if you put in the mail with small or capital letter it works now so its not case sensetive when resetting but apperently needs to be non capital in the user profile. good to know but maybe considered a "bugg" ?.
