Fusaka upgrade development

Is there any plans implementing Fusaka upgrade? Most of the changes are targeting layer 2 specs, but some eips are essential for layer 1 chains such as EIP-7939 or EIP-7823.

It was just a bit blocked by the new jsontests format, so wasn't included in the v1.0 release. The actual implementation, on the other hand, should be straightforward, which I plan to get back to in Christmas/New Year and then a new release should be expected!
