what

  • docs: add yaml anchors

why

  • Due to strict YAML checking and lack of YAML anchor experience, many users do not know how to DRY up the atlantis.yaml repo configuration
  • These docs will help keep user atlantis.yaml files cleaner

tests

  • I have tested my changes by using yq to dump the yaml file
